Team Vitality vs Fnatic

What a spectacle, one those outcome lingers in the air. Both teams have a shot, and both are amongst the most stacked and capable teams the LEC has to offer. Neither, however, have been particularly cohesive as of late, which only further complicates our job.

Fnatic are currently tied in second place, but they haven't been nearly as dominant and commanding as we'd like. In other words: don't take their record at face value as they've lost three of their last four games. They're not exactly on the decline, but they did "slip" a few times, and currently have very little hype and momentum behind their backs. It's not a good look for a team as stacked and promising as theirs, and while they *will* make a splash once the playoffs come around, it's impossible not to be worried about what could happen over the next few weeks. They've been dropping games left, right, and center, and they have very little synergy to speak of. Most of their wins came through their *individual* dominance, which means they're relatively vulnerable and can, in fact, be exploited.

Granted, two of their three losses came at the hands of Rogue and G2, so it's not like it's time to sound the alarms or anything. Still, it's something worth keeping an eye on going forward. They have a supreme amount of talent and will surely put on show in a few weeks' time, so we're not worried whatsoever.

Much of the same can be said for Vitality as well. They're incredibly volatile right now but we don't doubt that they'll huddle up and wreck house once it actually starts mattering. In the meantime, however, there's no telling what could happen and how many games they could end up dropping. They've been winning a lot more than Fnatic lately, but their wins haven't been dominant or commanding whatsoever. Heck, even *that* sentence -- as direct and harsh as it is -- feels like an understatement!

The fact that they've lost to EXCEL mere hours ago doesn't help their case either. Their individual play leaves a lot to be desired, and that is especially true for Alphari, a man renowned for his exceptional laning. His teamfighting, however, is far less potent.

All in all, they're still a very dangerous contender and are not to be underestimated. Fnatic have been a bit more consistent, so we'll go with them on this one and hope for the best.
