SK Gaming vs Astralis

What a truly underwhelming way to start off the week. Two of the worst teams in the LEC duking it out on the Rift for... absolutely nothing at all. Hardly a spectacle. There's nothing on the line whatsoever, and a win here wouldn't do much for either team. Well, it'd give them a bit of confidence but that would hardly be of any use given their current position in the LEC standings. They're bottom-dwellers through and through, and the outcome of this one game isn't going to change that.

This is by no means a must watch, and you probably knew as much. Still, if the stars align and both teams come out the gates swinging, it might end up being a lot more entertaining than expected. The odds of it happening aren't particularly great, but at least there's a faint possibility, so it's worth mentioning. Both teams have nothing to lose, so they'll surely play without reserve which, in turn, means we're probably in for a skirmish-heavy bloodbath. So, if you're into that sort of thing (like so many of us are), then, by all means, make sure to tune in!

SK at least have a win on the board, but that's pretty much the only difference between them. Neither team is playing good League of Legends right now although they did, in all fairness, have a few standout moments. They're not abysmal per se, but they *do* tend to fall apart the later the game goes. They always make an egregious mistake or two around an objective and, in doing so, throw away any potential they might have accrued up to that point.

They're still fun to watch, in all fairness, and the meta's good, too. This will by no means be the pinnacle of competitive LoL, but those who tune in will surely "get their money's worth." Both teams will swing for the fences from the very moment they spawn on the Rift, so we'll probably be entertained, regardless of the final outcome. We'll side with SK on this one but it could really go either way.
