Evil Geniuses vs G2 Esports

This is, without a shadow of a doubt, the most "dangerous" match of the day. The reason why is quite simple: Evil Geniuses, now that they have a more respectable record under their belts, are a lot more confident in their ability to compete with G2 Esports. And that, in short, may end up making a world of difference.

Now, let's get one thing clear: we still think G2 will win -- much like they did the first two times around -- but the game itself is bound to be a lot more competitive now that Evil Geniuses have had a bit more time to acclimate and "figure out" the oh-so-impressive LEC champions. They're obviously better than ORDER, which means they've surely spent the vast majority of their "downtime" trying to conjure up some kind of a plan, a way to tackle and overcome the most successful organization in Western LoL history.

Will they succeed in their efforts? Probably not, but they *do* have a shot, of that you must be aware. They're very capable in their own right, and the fact that they've lost twice to G2 thus far doesn't necessarily mean they'll keep on losing. It *is* the most likely scenario, of course, but an upset *could* happen, especially if EG come out the gates swinging (much like they've done back on home soil).

Despite it being a possibility, it'd be foolish of us to bet on it happening after everything that went down thus far. We are wary of a potential upset, but going with G2 on this one feels like the only rational option.
