CLG vs 100 Thieves

If you're into chaotic League of Legends and mind-blowing fiestas, watching the LCS should definitely be at the top of your list of priorities. And we don't mean that in any facetious way, either — it's fun, entertaining, and memorable (if a bit too inconsistent). That, however, is not the most desirable context when it comes to betting as you can never be too certain what'll happen and whose hand will eventually get raised.

Still, we know who's good and why, and we can, by all means, make fairly educated guesses based on a breadth of empirical evidence. Upsets still happen from time to time, but they're nowhere near as frequent an occurrence as was the case in the very recent past.

The defending champions are still on top, with their biggest challengers — 100 Thieves and Team Liquid Honda — trailing behind ever so slightly. Counter Logic Gaming and Cloud9 also stand out, although they haven't been nearly as dominant or consistent as some of their peers. Still, they're playing some exceptional League of Legends and they will, by all means, end up being a very real threat once the post-season comes around.

100 Thieves are by no means a perfect team, but they've always been able to deliver and get the "W" whenever it mattered most (save for a few rare instances). They're as dangerous and capable as it gets and are, without a shadow of a doubt, the biggest threat to the incumbent LCS champions. We don't think they'll succeed in dethroning them, but they sure will try. CLG are also a whole lot better than expected, but their most recent loss to TSM FTX definitely affected their stock. They're dangerous, there's no doubt about it, but they're not as layered or capable as some of their more versatile peers.

Be that as it may, they'll surely push 100 Thieves to their very limits. That, however, probably won't result in a win.
