Team SoloMid vs 100 Thieves

100 Thieves are in dire need of a statement win. They're still a top-tier team and are all but guaranteed to leave a mark in some way, shape, or form, but they've also been far more vulnerable than expected, and that's not the "vibe" they want to exude now that they have a target on their back; reaching the throne's "easy" -- defending it from a host of hungry challengers all of whom want what's yours is the hard part, and that's not something that 100 Thieves have ever experienced.

Their 4-2 record is fairly solid, but it's still a fair bit worse than most folks thought it'd be at this point of the split. At best, we could say that both of their losses could've been easily avoided and, while that's not necessarily incorrect, it doesn't change the fact that they've made a series of egregious mistakes and that the playoffs *are*, in all fairness, just a couple of weeks away.

These issues are rather "simple" to fix but there's not a whole lot of time. There are many "killers" in the LCS right now, and just as many gatekeepers surging in their never-ending attempt at becoming relevant. FlyQuest are currently in sole possession of first place, the Golden Guardians have taken down Team Liquid, and Immortals have also been wrecking house in the most unexpected of ways -- almost every team in North America can pack a punch, and while they're not all equally talented and capable, they *can*, by all means, pull off an upset and throw a wrench in our plans.

100 Thieves are better in every which way, but they'll need to be on their best behavior if they intend on emerging victorious.
