Team Liquid vs FlyQuest

To close out a spectacular day of competitive League, we have an absolute barnburner in the making: Team Liquid vs. FlyQuest. Now, granted, this isn't the most premier match-up one can imagine, but it's still immensely alluring and is bound to deliver in all the right ways.

It's also a Best of 3 that is all but guaranteed to end up with Liquid getting the win. Any other result would truly be a scandalous upset — a twist for the ages. Simply put, they have way too much talent and experience within their roster to actually drop a Best of series to a team as young as FlyQuest. And sure, the boys in white and green are immensely talented, but they pale in comparison next to the former four-time LCS champions. Heck, everyone pales in comparison to TL — they're that good, and they're pretty much a shoo-in for the LCS finals.

Of course, FlyQuest will not go down without a fight. In fact, they'll probably compete on even footing for the vast majority of the series, but once the going gets rough they're bound to fumble in one way or another. And it is precisely at that moment that TL will punish and capitalize. They're so darn talented it's not even fair — this incarnation of TL is arguably the best and most stacked line-up ever assembled on North American soil, and it's also fair to say that their best days are still ahead of them. And even if FlyQuest manages to keep things even early on, sooner or later TL's individual prowess will take over, they'll create leads of their own and then snowball them en route to a dominant series win. They're better across the board and will surely prove it tonight as well.

In the end, we'll side with Team Liquid on this one. It's the only option that makes sense.
