Dignitas squad looks really bad. Their solo laners and ad carry are mediocre, forever academy stuck NA veterans. In addition to that their jungler is Dardoch, one of the most overhyped jungler in NA history. Their last piece is Aphroomo - an LCS legend that is long after his prime. On the other side we have FlyQuest, their roster isn't perfect but they have young, promising bottom, combined with impressive Josedeodo and one of the best NA toplaners Licorice should be enough for bottom tier team Dignitas.
