Immortals vs LongZhu Gaming

As far as group B goes, this is the premier matchup. With Fnatic being 0-3 and Gigabyte Marines out of aggressive new strategies, it's a battle between the Korean giants and the North American second seed.

When these two teams first met, things went a lot closer than most expected. Immortals, a team spearheaded by their experienced jungler Xmithie held their own for the majority of the game, even managing to shut down Pray and Gorilla - something even SKT struggled doing during the LCK Summer Split finals.

It took Longzhu a lot of time before they were able to crack Immortals, however after a single play around Baron they needed only a couple of minutes to end the whole game. Much like the first one, this game should be relatively slow and methodical. That said, Immortals are prone to make mistakes, and it only takes one to lose out against Longzhu.

The fact of the matter is - anything Immortals can do, Longzhu can do better. They have the better laners and the better team cohesion. While Xmithie might have a slight edge over his counterpart, he won't get the chance to capitalize.

Betting on Longzhu Gaming is the better and more logical choice, however the game could be a lot closer than most expect.
