Fnatic vs LongZhu Gaming

Things are looking incredibly dire for Europe as a region at this moment, as not a single EU team has a win on the board. That might as well change tomorrow as G2 have the odds in their favor to take down 1907 Fenerbache, however a single win won't make a big difference.

Fnatic is having a hard time as well, as they're currently on the brink of a 0-3 start to the group stage. Unfortunately for anyone sporting a Fnatic jersey - they're going to play against tournament favorites Longzhu Gaming tomorrow. With Fnatic, the main word is consistency. They don't have it, and it shows in every single game they play. Broxah is playing picks that are simply out of the meta, sOAZ is being put on frontline duty and is on an island for himself and Caps is often a non-factor. While they have a strong bottom lane, it was Rekkles who essentially made a huge error when going for Pobelter alone. With the current meta, it doesn't take a lot of swing the game. A single kill, or a well executed teamfight. When the late game comes, it doesn't matter who has more gold, as it's about the right play at the right moment.

If they ever wanted to advance to the quarterfinals, wins over Immortals and Gigabyte Marines were an absolute must. So far they lost to both, so it's hard giving them any benefit of the doubt against Longzhu Gaming.

They do have the potential to make it somewhat competitive, however with the amount of mistakes they make they won't last long as Longzhu needs just a single error to capitalize and close out the game, regardless of the state it's in.
