Gonna go with TyLoo here as they are definitely performing better than Virtus Pro. Virtus Pro are falling apart and they are kind of risky to pick as they can either stomp a game or lose it terribly. Virtus Pro have the better experience here for certain but it doesn't really matter if the team doesn't work well together.
