TeamOne from Brazil is playing against Russia in the WESG 2017 World Finals. WESG is one of the most prominent tournaments with the most significant prize pool in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive game. It has 32 teams competing for a prize pool of $1,500,000!

Location is Haikou, Hainan, China and this is a Best of 3 (LAN) 3rd place decider match.

TeamOne won against Cloud9 2-1 in a very tough match. The train was 16-11 for them, they were overrun on Mirage with 3-16, and they won Cache 12-16. Their star player was Alencar "trk" Rossato who had 65-47 K-D and 1,37 rating. After that match, they played against fnatic and lost 0-2. Now they face team Russia in a battle for 3rd place.

Russia is a mix of players but since they know the same language and all of them are professional players they managed to finish group fazes as first. They won against AGO 2-1. Cobblestone was 14-16 for AGO, then Russians changed tactics and won Mirage 16-8 and Train 16-12. The star player of this match was Denis "electronic" Sharipov who had 86-51 K-D and 1,57 rating. After that, they lost against Space Soldiers 0-2. Clearly, everybody can see that Space Soldiers prepared for this tournament in advance and that they are aiming for the first place!
