I think this match will be a 50-50 and either team could pull it off. Im going with RNG winning on the 3rd map, since i think they are on a really good run and liquid hasnt been playing really well in the group stage. Also NRG already has demonstrated that they can beat Liquid. But I think that Liquid will at least win on their map pick so this will be a 3 map match.
