Vega Squadron played three maps in February and won one. During the month of January 2019, they played six maps and won two, in other words, they played three matches and won one. In December 2018 they played six maps and won two, converted, they played three games and won one.

OK, so this tournament is already performing in full strength with teams hacking & slashing to be in the upper sections of the group play. We have 16 teams that compete for eight places which is reasonably good for all; there is a lot of matches and teams can calculate in advance on how to perform and when to save power. Ninjas are 11th with three played matches and a 1-2 score. They won 35 and lost 38 rounds which is -3 round difference. Vega Squadron is below them on the 13th place with the same score of 1-2, but their round difference is slightly lower. This is a be or not to be type of match, but looking at the stats for NiP i have no faith that they can make a miracle here. Let's take a look at the individual team stats for this tourney: Both teams are not even close to the top ten section, but we have map stats where we can see that Mirage was played x9, Overpass x7, Inferno x6, Nuke x6, Train x4, Cache x2, and Dust2 x1. From this, we can see that these stats benefit VS more because their Overpass and Mirage are pretty solid and these maps are played quite often.

It is pretty apparent why odds benefit NiP, after all, they are Ninjas in Pyjamas right? But just look at their recent stats, it is an sh*t storm of ugly matches and lousy performance. I see no reason why Vega Squadron shouldn't get at least one map here.

Good luck to all who bet, and don't forget to gamble responsibly!
