NIP won agains Heretrics once already and I can't imagine they losing this game. They were playing really good in Road to Rio but failed agains Vitality in overtime very unlucky. NIP has the better mappool and will take this series. Heretrics had a great run too, but the only map they playing better than nip is probably Nuke atm. When it comes to the veto NIP has a big advantage.
