Ninjas In Pyjamas vs North

ESL Pro League Season 7 Europe ,

With all of these online matches going on it's hard to keep up with the fast paced leagues that surround CSGO. Right now we will be looking into the ESL Pro League for the European Scene. More specifically at teams Nip and North. North hail from Denmark and Nip from Sweden. Both teams have gone through some transnational phases with new members being brought on and older members being replaced. I will talk more about new acquirement as we break each team for down. But for now, it's best to say that we are going over the second match of the day on Inferno.

Team Nip :

Nip have bene making a lot of changes to their lineup. Only keeping two of the original five starting members, Get Right and Forest are the only remaining members. Newest additions include Draken and Rez, along with former Fnatic pistol God Dennis. Dennis, Draken, and Rez have brought new life to this organization and what once was a struggling team is now on the forefront of deep event runs and very likely upsets. Nip will be a team to look after as I can see them dominating the European scene in a few months.

Nip's maps are as followed ; Inferno is 10-5, Train is 7-5, Mirage is 3-5, Overpass is 3-3, Cache is 4-1, Cobblestone is 1-3, and Nuke is 1-2

North :

North right now is one of the many struggling Danish teams. Out of the four predominant Danish orgs; Astralis, North, Heroic, and Fragsters. Astralis is the only one to have any sort of stabilization. North are trying to find their feet and with the additions of Kjaeyerbye and Mertz, they have found some footholes. However I feel Mertz is good but is still no mach for the likes of the higher tier AWPers like Fallen and KennyS. On the other end of the spectrum, Kjayerbye is almost too good for North. He is out fragging his team mates heavily and it looks as though he is always 3 steps ahead of the rest of his team at all times and this gets him into trouble a lot.

North's maps are as followed ; Inferno is 10-11, Cobblestone is 8-8, Overpass is 9-4, Mirage is 6-6, Train is 3-7, Nuke is 4-2, and Cache is 0-1

Map Pick/Ban :

This is a best of two with each game represented as an individual game. In this tip we will be focusing on the second map on Inferno. This map is the best map played for each of these squads, that being said, the Ninjas in Pajamas seem to have the overall better win rate and statistics on this map. So the slight advantage goes to them over North.

Final Thoughts:

Final thoughts on this match up include me thinking that though North are starting to find their feet and could be gearing up for a breakout period, this map and their current form do not let believe they can take down Nip. They might get lucky on the first map but I feel as though Nip will win out the second map on Inferno. Low-Medium bet on Nip.
