Actually, it's a quite squishy choice. In this match, it will be all about the draft of maps. If there will be a possibility for Legacy to pick Mirage, they have some chances, if no - declined. Legacy became weaker when Valve removed Cobblestone from the map pool and today it will be a big problem.
It's anyways TM more preferable choice here, since Tainted Minds is more skilled and experienced.
