I did not want to write any bet on the first day of EL Major Qualifier because I wanted to see current forms and how these teams perform on LAN. This is Swiss system elimination tournament so today's matches would be winners vs winners and losers vs losers from the previous round.

Today's first match would be Team Liquid vs Flipsid3 Tactics.

Out of last 7 matches, both teams lost 7, but as we can see from statistics above Liquid had better opponents, all tier 1 teams(Faze x3, C9, Fnatic..) and F3 lost to tier 2 and tier 3 teams (Mistifts, Super Jimmy, Fragsters..).

We can clearly see that both teams are not doing well lately but Liquids performance was outstanding yesterday against Faze. They had 14-14 and economic advantage. Faze had to force buy and lucky for them they won that round and the match but that match was really close and I did like what I saw from Liquid and it would be a shame if they don't manage to qualify for the major. They are playing good counter strike but they are unlucky. I think Liquid will easily win this today with a slight handicap.
