V4 Future Esports Festival Playoffs ,

If you haven't been following the V4 Future Esports Festival then you need to start. This event is chalk full of all sorts of up and coming plus vertan CSGO talent. New teams like X-Kom and Dark Tigers face off against the giants of the CS scene such as Faze Clan and Hellraisers. It has beena joy to watch and now with the group stages being done, we move onto the playoffs! More specifically in these playoffs we will be taking a closer look at the match that is going to be between Teams Virtus Pro and Faze Clan.

Faze Clan :

As everyone is well aware of, Faze Clan is the current best team in the world and they are hungry for an event win. They completely dominated their groupd stage only losing out one map to Hellraiser, which actually did even matter and had no impact on Faze making the playoffs or not. Faze completely destroyed the qualifying teams that weren't directly invited much they were. Faze have been playing solid since as long as I can remember and the only thing that the team itself has to work on, is closing out games and taking trophies home.

Faze Clan's maps are as followed ; Inferno is 11-9, Mirage is 11-4, Cache is 10-3, Overpass is 7-3, Train is 4-4, Nuke is 1-1, and Cobblestone is the perma ban.

Virtus Pro :

A stroke of bad luck if you will that Virtus Pro, the arguably worst of the four qualifying playoff teams is put up against Faze Clan. If Virtus Pro were put up against Hellraisers I could see them standing some chance but against Faze? Very unlikely. Virtus Pro have yet to really find their feet even after replacing TaZ. They have strugled since before the ELEAGUE Clash for the Cash against Astralis wayyy back in 2017. Unless Virtus Pro do something dramatic, I don't see them winning anything anytime soon, nor do I see them actually becoming a top 10 team again.

Virtus Pro's maps are as followed ; Mirage is 5-4, Train is 6-3, Inferno is 1-6, Cobblestone is 4-3, Cache is 1-5, Nuke is 2-2, and Overpass is 0-1

Map Pick/Ban :

This is a best of three series for their lives in the event. Loser will be going home and winner will be advancing, their is a lot on the line and each team wil bring their A-game. This being said we'll have two bans from each side, one pick, and one map left over as the decider. Starting with Faze, they will ban out maps Train and Cobblestone. Likely to pick Cache. Virtus Pro will can Overpass and Inferno, likely to pick Nuke. Mirage will be the decider.

Final Thoughts:

If you have to guess my final thoughts based on what I've said what do you think it will be? Virtus Pro is just outmatched and this series is over before it even starts. Yes Virtus Pro won a single online game on Train against Faze Clan during ECS Season 5 Europe. But this is a LAN event for hundreds of thousands of dollars. Faze Clan will not be taking this game lightly. I'd go for a moderately heavy bet on Faze Clan.

CS: GO is insane this month, underdogs seem to win in crucial games. This should have been FaZe 2-0 :/

Their are 3 teams that I need to stay away from. Space Soldiers, Renegades, and Virtus Pro. The life of a betting predictor is not an easy one :P
