BIG ranked #33 from Germany are clashing against team Movistar Riders ranked #30 from Spain in the WESG 2019 Central Europe & Iberia Closed Qualifier that has eight teams competing for the prize pool of 1 spot at WESG 2019. This tournament is played online, and this is the best of 3 grand final, the winner will qualify for the main event.

BIG map performance in the last three months: Mirage is at 73,3% win rate on 15 played maps - WIN/TIE/LOSS - 11/0/4, Dust2 66,7% on nine played maps 6/0/3, Nuke 60,0% on 20 played maps 12/0/8, Overpass 57,1% on seven played maps 4/0/3, Inferno 30,8% on 13 played maps 4/0/9, and Train with 22,2% win rate on nine played maps 2/0/7.

They played 18 maps in December and won nine, converted, they played ten matches and won five. November for them was 25 maps played and 15 wins, in other words, they played 11 games and won seven. In October, they played 26 maps and won 13, converted, they played ten games and won four. In September, they played four maps and won two, converted, they played two games and won one.

Pistol performance in the recent 100 days, both on online & offline (LAN) events and tourneys, goes to team BIG for quite much, 67,6% over Movistar Riders who have only 43,5% win rating total.

Movistar Riders map highlights in the previous three months: Nuke is at 61,1% win rate on 18 played maps - WON/DREW/LOST - 11/0/7, Train 58,8% on 17 played maps 10/0/7, Vertigo 58,3% on 12 played maps 7/0/5, Overpass 54,5% on 22 played maps 12/0/10, Inferno 52,9% on 34 played maps 18/0/16, and Mirage with 35,3% win rate on 17 played maps 6/0/11.

They played 23 maps in December and won 11, converted, they played 11 matches and won six. During November, they played 48 maps and won 33, converted, they played 25 games and won 18. During October, they played 30 maps and won 12; in other words, they played 20 games and won seven. In September, they played 19 maps and won eight, converted, they played seven games and won two.

OK, so WESG, what a huge tournament, and we reached the stage where the winner will advance further! BIG played their initial match against Brute and won 2-0 (16-14 on Nuke, and 16-10 on Mirage), then they defeated Sprout with the same score of 2-0 (16-1 on Nuke, and 16-11 on Mirage), and after that, they played against KPI and won barely with 2-1 (13-16 on Inferno, 16-14 on Nuke, and 16-13 on Mirage). On the other side Movistar Riders had a pretty rough path to this Grand Final, they played their entry match against team Owned and lost 0-2 (12-16 on Mirage, and 14-16 on Nuke), then they won against OFFSET with 2-1 (16-3 on Overpass, 11-16 on Inferno, and 16-12 on Vertigo). Then they played against Sprout and won 2-1 (16-9 on Inferno, 14-16 on Mirage, and 16-9 on Overpass), and after that played against Owned and won with the same score 2-1 (16-14 on Overpass, 13-16 on Mirage, and 16-12 on Nuke).

Their last match to enter this final was against KPI where they won 2-0 (16-13 on Overpass, and 16-6 on Nuke). Head-to-head these two teams played only once just a week ago where Movistar Riders won 2-0 (15-19 on Mirage, and 16-19 on Overpass), very interesting match indeed. Distribution of played maps in this tournament: Nuke x8, Mirage x8, Overpass x7, Dust2 x3, Inferno x3, Train x1, and Vertigo x1. This benefits BIG a bit more since Mirage and Overpass have more wins in their hands than in MR's. Also, BIG is the 1st TOP team at this tournament with 1,14 rating on seven played maps, while Movistar RIders are 2nd with 1,10 rating on 13 played maps.

I will go with Movistar Riders +1,5 handicap. They are very hyped for this tournament and looking at the mix from BIG and their quite bad performance in recent weeks, i believe that MR can snatch at least one map here.

Good luck to all who bet, and may the odds be ever in your favor!
